Harbour Pointe is a planned development of 74 lots located on the Potomac River close to the Chesapeake Bay. On any given day, residents are enjoying the community's amenities—tennis courts, beach and dunes, outdoor pool, and nature path—and can see eagles, herons, and river otter in Black Pond and Hack Creek and dolphins in the river.
